Eric, like most of the station people, has
bounced around from the commissary to the baggage room and now he's
first trick red cap. No wonder this guy is smiling. Red Caps have the
best deal going!
George Newman Esq.
- Locomotive Engineer
Besides
being one of Amtrak's illustrious locomotive engineers, George studied
his butt off and passed the Bar exam.......No, not the typical
railroad "bar exam" either.
CONEG - Talgo Test Train This is me working the Coalition of New England Governor's Talgo
Test train between Boston and New Haven some time in the late 1980's.
Conductor Ray Milewski - New Haven CT - 1988 Here is my "classmate" Ray looking dapper at New Haven
when all the crews and locomotives changed there. Ray and I hired
into train service together. We were the first class of trainmen
Amtrak had ever hired.
