This is a tribute to another "legend

of railroading," Conductor Dave Doughty who retired in the spring of 2001.

Dave was a hero to many of the junior men. Besides being the "big stud" on campus, he also avoided working passenger trains. An accomplishment we all are envious of.

We all wish Dave the best!!! We will miss your great sense of humor.

It's not too often the "Senior Men" see the sun set on the first trick, but here is proof that big Dave and Tommy "rang the bell" at least once!

Dominic, Dave and "W.G." pose for the camera on Dave's last day. The ACELA is sneaking up on them. Dave's only regret was not getting the chance to work the ACELA-not!!!
